It is an abandoned three-story building with a format that is abundant in neoclassical elements. The openings feature projecting cornice frames and wooden French shutters. Distinctive elements are also the triple balconies with metal railings of floral decoration, supported by marble corbels. The building is crowned with horizontal bands, decorated with serrated stripes, while antefixes are preserved on the roof eave. On the ground floor operated the former Milano Bar.
