It is a remarkable two-story building with a semi-basement, characterized by neoclassical elements. The face on Filellinon Street consists of pilasters, an architrave and a pediment finial in the form of a small temple. The openings on the ground floor are surrounded by casings, while the corresponding ones on the first floor are covered with cornices. The faces are divided by a horizontal stripe with cornice and dentils at floor level. The two balconies towards Filellinon Street rest on marble corbels and are framed with metal railings. The edge of the building displays cornice bands and it is decorated with antefixes along its entire length. However, five floors have been added to the building in compromise with the building lines, made of glass curtain walls, apparently due to an increase/transfer of the construction coefficient in the area.
