Building at 13 Efploias Street

It is a plain two-story building with neoclassical elements. Its appearance follows strict symmetry with a central axis. A floor separation band is visible. The balcony rests on simple corbels and is surrounded by metal railings. The cornice of the roof is decorated with antefixes and a serrated band along its entire length while the openings on the first floor bear French wooden frames.
