Building at 173 Alkiviadou Street

It is a two-story building with a plain and simple facade. Of particular interest are the architectural features, such as the main ground-floor exterior gate and the first-floor balcony railing, which allude to influences from European standards of the 1920s and construction techniques of the interwar period, as well as the details in the cornices that frame the openings around the perimeter.
