Building at 18 Skouze & Leosthenous Street

The two-story neoclassical building has recently been restored and currently houses a shop on the ground floor, while the offices of a shipping company are located on the first floor. Until the 1990s, it had a later unaesthetic addition to the roof, which was removed and the construction of a new (third) floor was approved. The restored faces of the building display morphological elements that refer to Neoclassicism. The face on Skouze Street is particularly interesting, with its balcony and openings that bear arched endings.
