It is a two-story corner building with a basement, which displays both neoclassical and Jugendstil morphological elements. The external surface of the ground floor is decorated with horizontal architrave beads in the plaster, and the openings bear wooden French shutters. The openings of the ground floor are flanked by simple frames with a slightly curved cornice, in contrast to those of the first floor, which have a projecting cornice reinforced with supporting beams. Of interest are the balconies on the first floor located on both sides of the building, as they have a stylized balustrade and are supported by simplified corbels. A continuous elongated cornice in projection crosses the faces above the openings, and the edge of the building which is quite impressive, is decorated with escutcheons and supporting beams underpinning the roof eave.
