It is a three-story building with an elevated ground floor and basement, which displays morphological elements of late neoclassicism, such as tall pilasters formed in the plaster, both at the junction of the streets and at the extreme edges. The openings have wooden French shutters. The balconies on the openings of the first floor (in the form of a small balcony), and the corresponding ones on the second floor, have balustrades with decorative motifs morphologically referring to the Jugendstil. Corresponding influences are found in the decoration of the perimeter zone, which forms the edge of the building. The perimeter roof eave protrudes and it is supported by supporting beams.
