Building on 64 Ave. Ir. Polytechniou

It is a three-story building with eclectic morphological decorative elements, to which two recessed floors have been added in a later phase, which create an unesthetic whole. Of particular interest are the frames enclosing the openings of both the first and second floors, decorated with motifs of floral origin, in the place of the window apron and on the lintel. A projecting cornice formed the former roof eave.
