It is a three-story building with neoclassical morphological elements, which displays a tripartite structural organization of the facade in base, main body and crown. The ground floor is characterized by the isostructural plaster and is quite altered. The upper floors retain morphological elements of the era, such as the frames around the openings and the projecting cornice that separates the two floors. The central part of the facade protrudes in relation to the other two parts on either side. Two small balconies are on the first floor, while the second floor has a triple balcony, and all bear metal balustrades with linear geometric decorations. The building is crowned with a cornice supported by supporting beams, while a solid parapet rises to the roof and is interrupted by small piers.
