It is a two-story neoclassical building with prominent exterior morphological features such as horizontal cornices, casings to the openings, gabled pediments on the first floor, wooden French window shutters, horizontal bands running across the faces at floor level and a projecting roof eave crowning the height of the faces. The ground floor is elevated, while the faces are dominated by the tripartite organization base-main body-crown. On both sides of the corner building there is a balcony with marble corbels and metal railing, while cornices adorn the edge of the roof along the two faces.
