Residence at 9 Retsina Street

It is a neoclassical two-story building with a balcony, which has an elaborate railing with marble corbels and decorations. The building is angular and its faces exhibit axes of symmetry. It includes two independent residences, one on Retsina Street and one on Agiou Dionysiou Street. There are shops on the ground floor, while the first floor was used as a residence. Pulled plaster coatings (technique) adorn the faces and the crown cornice is decorated with drops and small corbel.
