It is a three-story building with a basement, which displays morphological elements of late neoclassicism and, at the same time, influences from Eclecticism. The curvilinear edge of the corner, at the junction of Sotiros Dios and Praxitelous Streets, an element that is preserved in height, is quite interesting. The exterior surface of the faces on the ground floor is plastered and shaped with incised parallel horizontal stripes, in contrast to the upper floors, where it remains smooth. An elaborate metal canopy protects the ground-floor shops. The openings of the first floor are flanked by pilasters with impost, which carry part of an entablature with protruding cornice, an element that differs on the second floor, where the balcony doors are framed with decorative pilasters and have part of an entablature with a cornice, of the same form as the counterparts of the first floor, while in the corner openings the lintel is adorned with a frame of decorations that are reminiscent of the Jugendstil-anthropomorphic motif, and a curvilinear projecting cornice. Supporting beams underpin the decorative arched lintels. On the face, towards the pedestrian walkway of Sotiros Dios Street, there are two elongated balconies (on both floors), while on Praxitelous Street the corresponding balconies are shorter. They are supported by corbels and have elaborate cast-iron railings.
