It is an abandoned two-story building with a raised ground floor and basement, characterized by elements of neoclassical style. It projects strict symmetry about the vertical central axis in appearance, which is emphasized by the position of the balcony on the upper floor. Frames with triangular gables adorn the first-floor openings, which are equipped with wooden French casings. The two central openings on the floor are separated by pilasters with Corinthian imposts and are crowned with an architrave with cornice. Similar pilasters with Corinthian imposts can be seen at the two corners of the building on the first floor, in contrast to the ground floor, that is shaped with vaulted masonry. Stripes of moldings, meanders and drops form the ending of the face upwards, which is crowned with a cornice supported on small supporting beams and antefixes. Marble corbels support the balconies that bear metal railings.
