It is a two-story building at 98 Notara Street, whose openings on the ground floor are separated by piers with imposts, while on the first floor the windows have decorative frames, they are sheltered by a projecting cornice and they have wooden French shutters. On the first floor there is a small balcony with metal railings of floral design, supported by marble corbels. Serrated band entablature crosses the length of the building along the facade, ending in a perimeter cornice. Antefixes are preserved on the roof eave.
