It is a three-story building dating back to the early 20th century, where the main face on the Kountouriotou Coast is very distinctive with the central semi-circular element, the columns of Doric order, the corner semi-roofed spaces on the first floor and the axially positioned space of the second floor with the triangular pediment finial. This is a unique example of an upper-middle-class residence in the Kastella area. The Piraeus actress Despo Diamantidou was born in this house.
