It is a two-story building with a semibasement, which has recently been restored and is used as a dining area. Its faces, on Angelou Metaxa Street (facade) and on Voulgari Street, display morphological elements that clearly refer to Neoclassicism. The openings are surrounded by simple frames. The two arched windows on the elevated ground floor, on Voulgari Street, are topped with a triangular pediment, while a similar arrangement can be found in the central openings of the second floor, on the same street. Accordingly, a triangular pediment crowns the openings on the second floor on the main facade – along Angelou Voulgari Street. The building is covered with a four-pitched tiled roof, and the perimeter cornice is decorated with antefixes. The second floor, on Voulgari Street, has a balcony supported on marble corbels, and the main facade has three balconies with the same format and elaborate metal railings.
