It is a two-story building that displays notable morphological elements of neoclassical style. A horizontal projecting cornice separates the ground floor from the first floor. At the corner edges of the building, there are pilasters with imposts, and an entablature with decorative bands and dentils that runs across the faces on the building’s edges. The openings towards Alkiviadou street have wooden French shutters. In the center of the facade and on the first floor there is a balcony. The building remains closed and the need for maintenance is obvious.
