Building at 30 Saktouri Street

It is a two-story neoclassical building with a basement and a facade that follows strict symmetry. The openings have mullioned frames. The floor is separated by a distinct protruding horizontal stripe. The double balcony rests on sculpted corbels and is surrounded by metal railings. The cornice of its roof is decorated with antefixes and a serrated band along its entire length.
