The three-story building, at the intersection of Bouboulinas 42 and 174B Kountouriotou Streets, is of particular architectural interest. The faces are characterized by a strict symmetrical arrangement and bear remarkable individual morphological elements. Horizontal bands with a projecting cornice separate the floors from each other. The ground floor has a base of Piraeus stone, and horizontal architrave beads adorn the plaster in imitation of the isodomic construction system. Both sides of the building are divided in height into three sections, where the central one partially protrudes in relation to the other two ones on either side. The corner edges on the first floor are decorated with analogues of schematic cornerstones (like bugnato type), which at the corners of the second floor develop into pilasters with ridges and a Corinthian impost. The openings are surrounded with casings and have wooden French frames, while especially on the second floor, they are crowned with gables. The balconies display ornate metal balustrades, and rest on marble corbels with double spiral decorations. A cornice with antefixes and supporting beams form the crown of the building, while below it a complete entablature is formed.
