Building at 72 Filonos Street

It is a two-story neoclassical building with simple morphological elements, such as mullioned windows in the openings of the floor, marble corbels on the balcony with a plain railing of simple style, pulled plaster coatings on the facade, horizontal cornice with supporting beams and antefixes adorning the edge of the roof. The attempt of renovating the facade and painting the external surfaces in a blue shade create an aesthetically unacceptable result.
